Some days can be connected vertically, like the morning of the first Friday, and the following two Saturdays. You can develop some constant tasks. Reading the same book could be an idea. Same thing with the afternoon of 4th, the whole day of 11th, and the morning of 18th. If you happen to be short in resolution of, say, doing exercise, January has a lot to give. Just follow what she suggests you, do exercise at least on the connected days.
